2 What personal data do we process?

2.1 We only process personal data in order to provide you with our services, individual products and customer support, to comply with our legal obligations and also to protect our legitimate interests. We collect personal information about people who are interested in our services or who have given us consent so that we can contact them with an offer of products and services.

2.2 In general, you can visit the website of PKZ Slovakia, spol. s r. o., visit without us identifying you or disclosing any information about yourself. Our servers collect IP addresses for technical reasons that allow you to connect to our website and display it optimally.

2.3 If we need to obtain personal data from you for a specific purpose. e.g. In order to provide you with certain information that you have requested or if you are interested in receiving informational emails about our company, we will always inform you in advance. We do this in the form of contact forms on our website, which you can fill out. It is not our obligation to provide us with any additional information we ask of you that is not necessary or appropriate for us to provide you with the required services.

3.1 You are not obliged to provide us with any personal data, but your personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract concluded with you or your company. If you do not provide us with this personal information, we will not be able to deliver the requested service as described above.

3.2 For all processing purposes for which you have given your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without any adverse effect on any business or employment relationship and contact you may have with us.

4 Data security and data storage

4.1 We use strict physical, electronic and organizational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized persons and against illegal processing, unforeseen loss, destruction and damage, both online and offline. You can also let us know if you want to restrict the processing of data or object to the processing of personal data that we hold about you. Please note that there are certain exceptions to the exercise of these rights and you will not be able to exercise them in all situations.

7 Where can you exercise your rights and is there a charge for exercising them?

7.2 We provide all notices and statements about the rights you have exercised free of charge. However, if the request is manifestly unfounded or disproportionate, in particular because it is repeated, we are entitled to charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs associated with providing the requested information.

8 Who can access your personal data?

8.1 Personal data is accessible to the operator, its employees and may also have contractual intermediaries, in particular IT service providers.
