In sales, you will develop holistic and individual transport solutions for our major customers in land transport, air and sea freight and contract logistics. From acquisition to the expansion and maintenance of existing business, you will support our customers from a single source.

For our sales team we are looking for reinforcement in the field as Sales Representative Air and Sea Freight (m/f/d).

» Your responsibilities:
  • Acquiring new customers and expanding existing customers in a defined sales area
  • Creation, processing and coordination of offers and tenders in coordination with the respective departments
  • Ensuring the documentation of all sales activities and business potential, progress and success in the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Collaboration with support functions and the operational units
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade fairs and social media

» Your profile:
  • Completed commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) with appropriate additional qualifications or further training
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in field sales in the logistics industry
  • Product and market knowledge in the areas of air and sea freight
  • Market and competitive knowledge in your own sales area desirable
  • Confident handling of common MS Office applications as well as experience with CRM systems
  • Very good knowledge of German and good English, both spoken and written
  • Team-oriented, yet independent, very structured working style
  • Negotiation skills and persuasiveness with a high degree of customer and solution orientation
  • Good presentation skills combined with a confident and authoritative demeanor
